What does PTA do?

Short answer: we work together to support and maintain programs and activities for the students at Lakeland Hills.

How can I volunteer?

Any way you want to. We need folks at every level of time commitment. If you have an hour in June, three mornings a week, or one evening a month, we'll take it! Bring a bag of chips to a staff luncheon or use your skills to lead a team. We'll work together to get it all done.

Do I need experience?

Nope. No experience necessary. Just a willingness to help kids. Training is provided when necessary, and there are plenty of folks around to mentor and guide.

How do you decide where the money goes?

Every dollar spent in our PTA is debated and voted on by the membership at the General Meetings.
